Nantucket Property Watch was founded by two Nantucket residents dedicated to protecting island homes from extreme winter weather.

As a team, Nantucket Property Watch has more than 40 years of management experience. Zoki Milovski, co-founder and managing director, has called Nantucket his home, full-time, for more than a decade. He is a skilled general contractor. Zoki’s strong relationships with a vast network of reliable, year-round trade professionals means he always knows who to call when the need arises.

At Nantucket Property Watch, we are very serious about setting and upholding a high standard of caretaking excellence. Among many other aspects, we have a dedicated focus on dealing with the increasingly extreme winter weather conditions Nantucket continues to experience.
